The Maitland Information Centre is Maitland’s Community and Tourism hub along with being a Department of Human Service and Veteran Affairs Agency. We offer a wide variety of services from Administration to Facility & Equipment Hire and Catering. We offer Internet access at competitive rates. The Centre has several computers all connected to the internet, this is an ideal setup for running small training seminars or just for public usage. Please book a computer if you think you are going to need it for more than an hour. We are also happy to do any printing for you including banners. We offer competitive rates with all of our services.
The Maitland Information Centre offers a full range of secretarial services such as typing, printing, faxing, scanning, photocopying etc. As well as these services, we are happy to type up letters or other documents for you, help you work on your resume right through to designing party invitations, brochures or flyers. No job is too great or too small, so please ask our friendly team for a quote.
Finally, we also offer several levels of room hire from our Conference Room, Computer Room, Office spaces right through to the Hall or even Kitchen. Our most popular is what we call walk in, walk out, where you let us know what equipment you require, how many people you are expecting, and whether you need catering and can set up the lot. If this is the way you want to go, give the Centre a call and we will discuss everything with you.
You are also welcome to just hire the rooms and / or equipment.
