Accommodation- Maitland has various forms of accommodation to suit different needs and budgets.

Clydesdale Cottage B&B

Originally built in 1908 as the Council Chambers for the District Council of Yorke Peninsula, Clydesdale Cottage has a rich history. A verandah was added in 1928, and when the Council amalgamated in 1969, the building was vacated. In 2009, the Maitland & District Progress Association, with support from local community groups and donors, transformed the historic building into the stylish and comfortable Bed & Breakfast it is today. The official opening was held on 24 July 2009 by Mayor Ray Agnew.

The cottage features one bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed in the living area, accommodating up to four guests. It offers a large open-plan living space with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, split-system heating and cooling, a fully equipped kitchen with bench-top oven and hotplate, and provisions for a continental breakfast. Other amenities include quality linen and towels, an automatic washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and parking at the rear of the property.
